 When you grill our sausages or burgers, you will not be left with a pool of fat, deep enough to sail a boat in! (by the way, or TOP sausages are to die for!) You will not need a degree to understand our ingredients! You will no longer have to wonder what the white stuff is that comes out of the bacon..... Our TOP bacon doesn't have any white stuff - neither does it shrink! You will be surprised to find that our TOP pork pies are not a mass of 'pink goo' but instead, filled with honest to goodness pork!

We sell at farmers' and local markets, and directly into some of the finest eateries in Herefordshire and Shropshire. We have regular orders from individual customers and restaurants in and around the town of Ludlow, which now boasts of the most Michelin starred restaurants outside of London! To ensure that our customers and friends receive our products in top condition: Local deliveries (within a 10 mile radius) are guaranteed chilled. National deliveries are packed in polystyrene boxes, which have a layer of ice gel, again ensuring the product arrives in its correct state.
